These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of Queye websites, applications, APIs, accounts, search, payments, mail, calendar, notifications, and related services that link to these Terms. By accessing or using the services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the services after an update takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
You must be legally able to use the services. If you use the services on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you have authority to bind them to these Terms.
You are responsible for your account, credentials, devices, and activity under your account. You must provide accurate information where required and promptly update it if it changes.
You must not misuse the services, including by using them for unlawful activity, fraud, abuse, spam, harassment, infringement, unauthorized access, interference with the services, attempts to bypass limits or security controls, or automated use that is not permitted by us.
You are responsible for content, data, messages, payment details, calendar items, contacts, mail, or other materials you submit, store, send, receive, sync, or make available through the services. You grant Queye the rights reasonably necessary to host, process, transmit, store, display, and otherwise provide the services.
Some services may be paid, transactional, merchant-facing, or subscription-based. If you use them, you authorize Queye and its payment providers to process the relevant payment, billing, payout, refund, and transaction data. Additional service-specific terms, pricing, fees, taxes, refund rules, or merchant requirements may apply.
The services may rely on, integrate with, or link to third-party services. Your use of those services is governed by the third party's own terms and policies. Queye may use redirects, intermediaries, or affiliate links in connection with some results, transactions, or referrals.
You may stop using the services at any time. We may suspend, restrict, modify, discontinue, or terminate any part of the services or your access to them at any time, including if we believe you have violated these Terms, created risk, or used the services in a way that may cause harm.
Queye and its licensors retain all rights in the services, including software, branding, design, and related materials. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or suitable for your needs.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Queye and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or use, arising out of or related to the services or these Terms. Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability will be limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant service in the 12 months before the claim arose, or, if greater protection is required by law, the minimum amount required by law.
To the extent permitted by law, you will indemnify and hold harmless Queye and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the services, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by applicable law. You and Queye will try to resolve disputes informally first. If that is not possible, disputes will be resolved in the forum required by applicable law or, where no such rule applies, in a court of competent jurisdiction selected by Queye.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with any additional terms that apply to a specific service and the Queye Privacy Policy, form the agreement between you and Queye regarding the services.
